This salsa is perfect to have with tortilla chips, seared scallops, fish tacos, or barbecued shrimp!
Grill two oranges, two grapefruit, 4 habaneros (or jalapeños for a milder salsa) and a lime.
Dice up the orange, grapefruit, and habaneros. Add in some diced red onion and cilantro. Mix in the juice of the grilled lime and a fresh lime. Add a generous amount of salt, and a few tablespoons of your favourite flavour of Pueblo! We used Grapefruit Hibiscus.
