🍽️ Receta: Mediterranean Flatbread with Hot Olive

This flatbread is salty, fresh, and layered with bold Mediterranean flavours—exactly what Hot Olive was made for. It’s the kind of quick dish that feels fancy but comes together in minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan

  • 3 tbsp Pueblo Chili Co. Hot Olive hot sauce

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta

  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Fresh parsley or dill (optional)

  • Lemon wedge

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Drizzle flatbread with olive oil and bake 5–6 minutes until just crisp.

  3. Spread Hot Olive over the base.

  4. Top with feta, olives, onion, and tomatoes.

  5. Return to oven 5–7 minutes until edges are golden and toppings warm.

  6. Finish with herbs and lemon. Slice and serve.
