Receta: Spicy Baechu Kimchi + Chicken Soup
I love kimchi... No, I really love kimchi. We're really lucky in Regina—we have an amazing kimchi brand called Baechu Kimchi. Tonight, I made a spicy soup and finished it with a few spoonfuls of my favourite kimchi, and of course some Pueblo Chili Co. hot sauce.
