Receta: Cranberry Spice Baked Brie with Maple Rosemary Pecans
Are you looking for a delicious appetizer to make? Look no further than baked brie. The opportunities are endless for all the toppings! For this one, we kept it simple with maple rosemary pecans and a healthy splash of Pueblo Cranberry Spice hot sauce to make a festive snack.
Cranberry Spice Baked Brie with Maple Rosemary Pecans
1/4 cup pecans
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp rosemary
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 wheel of brie
2 tbsp of Pueblo Cranberry Spice, plus more to serve
salt and pepper, to taste
crackers of your choice!
Preheat oven to 375.
In a frying pan, toast pecans over medium heat. Add butter, maple syrup, and rosemary, stirring frequently. Take off heat once everything is well incorporated! Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put brie in a small baking dish, to fit. Top with Pueblo Cranberry Spice hot sauce, then add the pecan on top. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the brie is nicely melted. Serve with the crackers of your choice, and the bottle of Pueblo Cranberry Spice to add a bit more on top!
